MommieMUSH beGONE! Workshop
October 4 - November 8, 2011.
(Six consecutive Tuesdays at 1pm)
Recuperate and Rejuvenate after giving birth and focus on the “mush” areas new moms tend to have. MommyMUSH beGONE! focuses on core stability with abdominal strengthening techniques to minimize back and pelvic floor discomfort. Classes are led by Post Natal Exercise Specialists.

  Annual Holiday Dance Party 2011
